  • Graves Gilbert Clinic said it will drop Humana’s Medicaid and Medicare Advantage plans if Humana does not meet its new conditions — timely payments and a local representative — by Feb 1.   • Western Kentucky’s volleyball team swept UTEP 3-0 on Saturday at E.A. Diddle Arena, winning set scores (25-22, 25-16, 25-15) while six service aces in the opening set helped secure the win.
