- ➤ The City of Bowling Green and Warren County proclaimed Hispanic Heritage Month at the 9th annual BG Fiestaval held at 1200 Clay Street where city leaders including Mayor Todd Alcott and the Chief of Police signed the proclamation. Families gathered to enjoy traditional food, drinks, music and dancing— the festival ends today. WBKO
