- ➤ Donnie Ray Boyd, 68, who was arrested in Glasgow on eight methamphetamine trafficking charges in November 2024, was federally indicted on four counts of distributing methamphetamine—he pleaded not guilty at his Aug. 22 initial appearance—and remains in custody at the Warren County Detention Center pending a continued detention hearing. - ➤ Bowling Green introduced a new ordinance on Aug. 28 to fight human trafficking by tightening licensing for massage establishments—requiring background checks, inspections and strict operational standards to protect legitimate businesses. WNKY
