- ➤ A man is in jail after he crashed his vehicle and tried to carjack a truck on Interstate 165 north of the 5-mile marker on Monday—Gregorio Lopez ran toward a wooded area and a barn before being caught and he now faces many charges. WNKY
- ➤ Daedrin E. Cook, 20, was arrested after two Corvettes were stolen on Aug. 8—one found in a parking garage at Western Kentucky University and the other fleeing on foot—and he is now held at Warren County Regional Jail on a $50,000 cash bond. Bowling Green Daily News
