- ➤ A Bowling Green man—Timmy Ray Cowles—faces a second-degree manslaughter charge after punching Bradley Bunger outside Dolphie’s Lounge on February 22, which led to Bunger’s death; Cowles was released on a $25,000 cash bond and is scheduled for arraignment on Sept. 2. WNKY
