- ➤ Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College students placed in the top 10 at the 2025 Microsoft Office Specialist National Competition held from June 16th to 18th in Dallas, Texas — Paris Carlson from Bowling Green earned 6th in PowerPoint, Aliza Wilson from Russellville placed 8th in Excel, and Kristopher Evanoff from Franklin ranked 8th in Word. To qualify for nationals, students first had to win at the Kentucky State Championship Qualifiers held in fall 2024 or spring 2025. WNKY

- ➤ Virtual hearings for Ernesto Manuel-Andres, the Bowling Green teen detained by immigration agents despite showing his SIJ paperwork, will take place on Monday at LaSalle Immigration Court in Louisiana—where a master hearing will set future dates and a bond hearing will decide if he can be released soon.
