  • Two men facing trial in connection with Crystal Rogers' death were booked at the Warren County Regional Jail yesterday—Brooks Houck, aged 43, is charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence and Joseph Stephen Lawson, aged 34, faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder and tampering with physical evidence; their trial is set for June 24 at 9 a.m. at the Warren County Justice Center.  WNKY

  • The Historic Railpark in Bowling Green hosted the Hilltop String Festival on Thursday, where string musicians filled the old depot and attracted both schoolchildren and seniors+Twenty-eight students from across the country are taking part in WKU’s weeklong chamber music program.  WNKY

  • Refuge Bowling Green was awarded $750,000 by the Kentucky Office of Refugees to expand job training for nearly 300 immigrants and refugees. The program will offer courses in manufacturing, technology, hospitality and health care+ it will also boost English skills.  Spectrum News 1
