  • ➤ A judge dismissed murder charges against Donna Logsdon (73) and her daughter Cheryl Leighanne Bennett (48) in Glasgow two months before their trial after special prosecutor Blake Chambers said new machine data contradicted the claim that the BiPap device was turned off at the time of Michael Logsdon’s death, and the case was dismissed without prejudice.  Bowling Green Daily News
