- ➤ Charles Michael Clayton, 26, of Russellville, was indicted on charges including attempted escape + first-degree strangulation after he overpowered deputies during an attempted jailbreak at Butler County Jail, injuring two deputies, and he remains held on a $200,000 cash bond while he awaits arraignment on May 13th.
