Feeding America, Kentucky’s Heartland runs a Food Rescue Campaign that saves safe food from waste and turns it into meals.

The group urges local residents this Earth Day to donate $10 a month—rescuing 90 pounds of food and providing 75 meals per donation.

Two people were arrested after a traffic stop five miles south of Bowling Green on Interstate 65 revealed 8.6 pounds of meth and other items, with suspects 37-year-old Joshua Steven Webster and 41-year-old Todd Allen Dooley facing charges including meth trafficking, marijuana possession, and illegal handgun possession — both remain at the Warren County Regional Jail.
