CRIME NEWS
- ➤ City police said that today an SUV driven by Marlynn Elias struck and killed 69-year-old Kimberly Howard in the 100 block of Riverwood Avenue—witnesses reported the driver admitted to hitting Howard before leaving the scene and returning one and a half hours later—and Elias is in jail on charges of leaving the scene and driving without a license.
