- ➤ A Bowling Green driver, Marlynn Elias, 48, allegedly struck and killed 69-year-old Kimberly Howard Saturday night on Riverwood Avenue at 7 p.m. and fled the scene before returning to be arrested early Sunday on charges of leaving the scene and not having an operator’s license — she is held on a $25,000 cash bond.
