- ➤ The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Nakisha Bailey, 33, reported missing on March 22 after she was last seen leaving a home on Goshen Church South Road on a motorcycle with a man headed toward Cave City (she is 5 ft 7 in and 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes and wore jeans with holes and a maroon hooded sweatshirt). - ➤ Governor Andy Beshear signed House Bill 15 on March 25th lowering the learner’s permit age from 16 to 15—helping working families and aligning Kentucky with bordering states that allow permits at 15 or 15 and six months. WBKO
