  • Med Center Health announced the Medical Center at Bowling Green earned American College of Cardiology Chest Pain Center Accreditation with Primary PCI and Resuscitation after rigorous evaluation, strengthening its long-standing commitment to quality heart care at its 373-bed facility. The hospital has maintained accreditation since 2007 and performs over 1,400 PCI procedures.  WNKY

  • Former Caverna Colonel Drew Rhodes hit a jumper with six seconds left in overtime to give Union Commonwealth the win on Senior Night — the Bulldogs now stand 13-15 and will face Columbia on Thursday at 8:30 a.m. eastern in Kingsport, Tenn.  WCLU Radio
  • The WKU women’s golf team finished eighth at the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational in Eatonton, Georgia last Sunday. WKU senior Nina McMurtrey recorded rounds of 81, 73 and 84 while junior Sydney Hackett finished seventh individually.  WCLU Radio
