HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ The Warren County coroner’s report showed 1,023 investigations in 2025, 39 more than in 2024, with 12 overdose deaths and 29 suicides, according to Kevin Kirby. He said the higher caseload reflects a growing population plus local responders using naloxone to reduce overdose deaths. Bowling Green Daily News

- ➤ Greenwood's boys basketball team won a 71-61 game at BGHS Friday, ending a long home losing streak since 2009. Isaiah Summers (26 points) and Ethan York (19 points and 10 rebounds) led the Gators to their first win over Bowling Green since 2022. Bowling Green Daily News
- ➤ Warren Central boys’ basketball beat South Warren 69-55 on Friday at South Warren High School with a strong second-quarter burst and key plays by Anthony, Byrd, and Johnson. In the girls game, South Warren won 48-34 as both teams will play again Tuesday. Bowling Green Daily News
