In honor of Diabetes Awareness Month, Med Center Health is offering FREE hgb A1C and blood pressure screenings.
Pre-registration required. Call 270-745-1010 to register.
A Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and a Dietitian will be present for questions, healthy recipes and tips for healthy living with diabetes.
