This three-week course allows you and your support person to learn what to expect during this exciting time! We will explore what to expect in the last weeks of pregnancy, how your body prepares, different pain management techniques, and the delivery process.
Each registration includes one support person.
This course will start on Monday, November 2nd , and will continue on the following Mondays (November 9th and November 16th) . All classes will meet at 5:00 p.m. in the High Street Tower Grand lobby on the first floor before we proceed to our classroom.
Please register with an email you check often, as we will use it as our main communication source if we need to cancel or reschedule the class. If you have questions, feel free to email alledt@mchealth.net .
