United Women in Faith

About this event

Every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm in the Wesley Classroom

We are listening to the needs of Broadway Women and have made changes to our Monthly Meetings. The Program will last 30 – 40 minutes and the Business Meeting will last 15 – 20 minutes. Please feel free to leave after the Program if needed. After the meeting adjourns at 7:30 P.M., there will be an optional Fellowship Time when we share Prayer Concerns. Zoom connection will be available upon request and the program will be recorded and will be available to watch at a later time. For Zoom access or a link to the recording, please email Doris Oaks

About United Women in Faith

Formerly known as United Methodist Women , our Vision has developed for over 150 years through the leadership of strong women “Turning faith, hope, and love into action on behalf of women, children, and youth around the world.” We love being together and working to meet the needs of others through Mission Projects and donations. We enjoy learning through our monthly emphases, the response magazine , the Reading Program , and the annual Mission u held at Lindsey Wilson University. Together we raise funds for missions through individual pledges, “Call to Prayer & Self Denial,” “World Thank Offering,” and fun Crafting Events. In FY 2026, we raised $4,326 and donated $3,496 to missions.

Local connection is an important part of who we are, but through resources such as KY Conference UWFaith and UWFaith.org we are also able to connect with women across the state, the US, and the globe.
